The Well owes a debt to many godly leaders, and in particular to Ken McGreavy who regularly brought his wisdom and teaching to us until he went to glory in 2010. Hugh Osgood continues to be a good friend and mentor, and we remain indebted to Roger Forster and the early leadership team of Ichthus Fellowship for their theological grounding and visionary leadership in former years. We relate to many networks and have growing friendships with the leaders of 24/7 prayer and the Pioneer network of churches.
