Active Ageing is an event hosted by The Well community church in partnership with Southwark Churches Care.

Need to get out? Fed up at home? Interested in meeting other people? Do you want information on your health? Do you want to improve your physical mobility?

Join us on last Thursdays of each month at The Well Community Church, Wells Way SE5.

Need transport to get here? We can arrange it. Activities include guest speakers, gentle chair based exercise, quizzes, discussions, You choose what the group will do from month to month.
