Communities

The Well Community Church meets every Sunday morning & some evenings as a whole church for worship, teaching and fellowship. Throughout the rest of the week the church is structured into communities. Communities are ‘mini churches’ with a clear sense of mission and belonging.

The purpose of communities is to live out our vision and core values, building on the relational nature of our church life. They are flexible, fun, and outward looking.

The four aims of communities are to develop our:
• relationship with God (worship) up
• relationships with each other (discipleship) in
• relationship in wider community (mission) out
• relationship with creation (care) over

Another way we summarise this is with four ‘C’s: Communion, Community, Commission and Care.

Our Communities are dynamic, relational and missional groups that innovate and find different ways of expressing the common life they share. They host all sorts of one off and regular activities, any of which you are welcome to attend. They are focussed on a either a NETWORK or based in a NEIGHBOURHOOD
