Phase One of Wells Way Rebuild

In July 2005 a combination of professionals and a small army of volunteers successfully rebuilt the whole upper interior of Wells Way – new walls, ceilings, electrics and carpets. The building has been transformed beyond all recognition and now has large, light rooms and a lovely wide & light corridor.

This was phase one of our overall blueprint for developing the whole site at Cottage Green and Wells Way to become The Well re:source. The initial phase involved removing all the interior walls upstairs, gutting the whole floor, and constructing new walls that would form four large rooms and a single corridor. The whole floor has been refurbished to a high standard.
