Phil Stokes

Phil Stokes and his wife Julie Stokes have been in ministry since 1981. Phil started out as an associate evangelist with British Youth For Christ, and began church planting in 1987 with the help of Ichthus Christian Fellowship, where he served on the leadership team for several years. Phil is the chair of Southwark For Jesus (SFJ) a relational grouping of over seventy churches in the borough, and is director of The Wells Trust, a charity committed to church planting and creative community projects. He serves on various other boards and trusts that facilitate evangelism and social action.

Julie is part of the Transformed Lives conference team teaching on personal wholeness. They both have a passion for inner city transformation through the Word and the Spirit of God. Phil travels to parts of the world in support of former Well members and friends in many nations. He leads worship and teaches on a variety of subjects with a particular emphasis on leadership, prayer, worship and the prophetic ministry. You can contact them at; philjules@aol.com
