The Broom Orphanage
20,000 children, 6,000 babies live in poverty; these are the street children in Accra,Ghana.
Their families are either too poor to keep them or they have run from camps, dispersed from their homes
through war.
The children are exposed to the street dangers of violence, prostitution, rape and diseases such as HIV/AIDS.
The Broom Street Children Project brings the opportunity of a better life. A life that we take for granted in the UK.
