XLP Experience

Meet the challenge of living out and sharing your faith with young people from all backgrounds in London’s inner-city schools as well as discipling young people in a church youth group.

Why not join The Well and work with eXperience for your year out?

eXperience is also designed to challenge, stretch and deepen YOU, in your relationship with God and with others.

• Schools
Go into schools across south London. Work with your team, plan and do lunchclubs, lessons, assemblies, talks, games and dramas.

• Church
Work alongside leaders at The Well to develop the youth work and disciple young people. Be involved in local community work and outreach. We will provide you with accommodation, a pastoral guide and spiritual support.

• Training
Twice weekly training by youthwork speakers such as Graham Kendricks, Mike Pilavachi, Tim Hughes etc, from organisations such as Oasis, Youth for Christ and Tear Fund. Be challenged, learn to pray, worship and live out your faith better.

• Mission
There is a mission to Ghana in the Spring term. Visit schools, preach in churches, carry out street evangelism. Be involved in mission in the U.K. too.

• Cost
Cost only £2700 including food and accommodation. Mission to Ghana involves an extra cost.
